Jessie's eyes slowly flicked open.

Immediately, her eyes and Albert's met and she pressed his hand gently, so he would not get too carried away. Albert responded by giving her a tender kiss on her lips. "Don't you want it?" he asked in a whisper.

She didn't say no, but she didn't say yes either.

She had always been someone who liked to maintain a bit of reserve.

Her red lips were still slightly parted as a result of the kiss, and she said in a trembling voice, "Someone might come! And... it's cold here!"

Albert looked at her for a moment. Then he carried her in his arms.

Jessie felt he had gone out of his mind and she hit him with her fists to bring him back to his senses. "For crying out loud, what about Jeslyn? What if she comes downstairs and doesn't see us?" she asked him.

“What about me?" Albert retorted. “Under the current circumstances, don't you pity me at all?"

Jessie was shocked to hear him say such words. How could he be so shameless?

She closed her eyes in embarrassment, not wanting to look at his face again.

But Albert just continued to stare at her. With her long hair scattered across his arms, she looked so charming.

After a while, Albert glanced at the window at the corner of the stairs. He could see that the snow outside had formed a thin sheet over the landscape.

Without thinking twice, he carried her straight up to the master bedroom, where all the curtains were drawn, which enveloped the entire room in darkness.

As he put Jessie down on the bed, he gave her a gentle kiss and caressed her face with his warm hands. "Do you want to see the snow in the meanwhile? Should I open the curtains for you to see it?"

"No, no," Jessie quickly refused and held onto his arm. But all of a sudden, she realized that his shirt had come undone, and his sweater was nowhere to be seen. Her grip on his warm skin sent a wave of heat into her body.

“If Jeslyn comes downstairs and doesn't see us, she will start looking everywhere," she panted.

She knew that he was in the mood, and since she was scared that he wouldn't be able to control himself, she wrapped her arms around his neck and buried her face in his neck in order to hold him down.

This embrace was quite an intimate one. It had been long since the last time they did something like this.

Jessie knew the effect it would have on him.

Initially, Albert really wanted to take her, but seeing her begging him like a little kitten, how could his heart not get softened?
