He called Ross to ask him to head back first. After hanging up, Leonel felt a twinge of regret. He shouldn't have gotten rid of the cars in the garage. Some of those cars were actually Alexis' favorites. He might not be able to drive them, but she still could.

Sensing his thoughts, Alexis smiled. "I kept those cars; they're still in the garage. If you'd like, I can drive you to work every day in a different one."

“Which woman drives her husband to work every day?"

“Hey, watch it! I'm not your wife. We're both single now. Mr. Douglas, I have plenty of suitors," Alexis joked, unable to suppress a smile.
