Chapter: 4533
It was Dylan, and Dylan alone, who had always filled her life with such feeling.

Exhausted, they held each other, their breaths slowing as they lay enveloped in a shared warmth. Dylan was acutely aware of the complex mix of feelings Olivia harbored for him.

However, he harbored his own secrets.

He was fully aware of Raphael's Lingering feelings, yet he had pursued Olivia, undeterred by the potential rivalry. His love for her was fierce, a flame that refused to be extinguished.

Later, with Olivia adrift in sleep, Dylan found solace in the quiet night, a cigarette glowing against the darkness of the French window.

Dawn approached stealthily, painting the sky with the first Light of morning.

The sight of a black Land Rover in front of the building caught Dylan's eye, its license plate a familiar script-Raphael's car!

Raphael leaned against the car, smoking quietly. He had spent many nights like this here.

Dylan often observed him.

He watched Raphael pine for Olivia and endure his pain.

In the darkness, the cigarette between Dylan's fingers glowed.

After Olivia became pregnant, her sleep was restless.

She would kick off the blanket during the night, leaving her body exposed. Chilled by the air conditioning, she would awaken, feeling cold. Olivia sat up for a moment to clear her head.

Once alert, she turned on the light and stepped out of bed to find her slippers. Previously careless, she had become cautious since her pregnancy, fearing an accident.

Entering the living room, she found Dylan.

He stood before the French window, smoking. The smell of smoke lingered in the room but was faint.

“Dylan.”

Hearing her voice, he quickly extinguished his cigarette and opened the window to clear the smoke. He turned and asked, “Why are you up?"

She approached, wrapped her arms around his waist, and rested against his chest.

She donned a loose cotton nightgown that concealed her slightly swollen belly. At a glance, he might think she was a young girl, but a closer look revealed the endearing freckles beside her straight nose.

Dylan leaned down and kissed her.

He intended to lead her back to bed.

Yet, Olivia confessed she couldn't sleep and wished for some fresh air. Dylan didn't object.

Leaning over the railing, she caught sight of Raphael. The smile vanished from her lips in an instant.
