After sticking around for a while, she came up with an excuse to leave. But as she walked out the door, she ran into Edwin and Laura.

Edwin asked in concern when he saw the anxious look “What's wrong? Why do you look so upset?" on her face.

Elva sighed and said, “It's the Jones family. You already know about it, don't you?"

Edwin didn't say anything in response. But the expression on his face had clearly changed upon her question.

Elva was shocked to see this.

She was still in a state of shock when Edwin quickly walked into the room with his wife, and slammed the door behind them. After what seemed like an eternity, the astonished Elva finally found her voice and murmured, "Oh, my God! This is so messed up!"

Cecilia quickly recovered herself, and looked up at the two of them.

"You two already knew about it?" she scolded accusingly. "Why didn't you inform me sooner? If your father hears about it, he would be furious!"

Frankly, Cecilia could not help but feel sorry for Dylan.

The Wright family had already given all his assets to Olivia and the baby, but now it was revealed that child wasn't even Dylan's.

Cecilia thought about offering an apology, but she felt it would be too cruel to both Olivia and Dylan's parents.

Seeing her so silent and thoughtful, Edwin immediately knew what Cecilia was worried about.

He turned to cast a glance at Olivia.
