The afternoon sun felt warm and comforting.

Olivia took Leyla out for a stroll...

The doctor had mentioned that the baby needed more vitamin D and sunlight was great for her growth.

After a while, Leyla kicked her chubby legs and then wet herself.

The nanny saw the damp diaper and chuckled.

“What a lively little one!"

She then went to fetch a fresh diaper.

“You're quite the little rascal, aren't you?" Olivia said, gently patting Leyla's butt after cleaning her up.

Just then, a voice came from behind them.

"That's typical for a baby this age."

Olivia froze at the sound of that familiar voice.

She looked up to see Kiley standing a bit away. Kiley's outfit was high-end but her face lacked any warmth, and she seemed to have lost some weight.

Olivia had no desire to talk to Kiley.

After putting Leyla back in the stroller, she was about to leave, but Kiley stepped in her way.

Kiley spoke, sounding a bit awkward. "I know it's a bit rude for me to show up! But... I just wanted to see the baby and give her something."

Olivia replied flatly, "As I've said before, this baby has nothing to do with the Jones family. Dylan is her father."

Even though Olivia made it clear, Kiley wouldn't back down.

But she didn't want to anger Olivia, so she softened her tone, “It's all my fault, and I'm here to apologize on behalf of Raphael! If I hadn't pushed you to break up with Raphael back then..."

Before Kiley could finish, Olivia cut her off, “It's pointless to talk about the past! Nothing will change now! Besides, I'm married to Dylan!"

Just then, Leyla started to cry.

Olivia picked her up from the stroller and soothed her gently; then she said in a calm voice, "Don't come here again! I don't hate you, but I've moved on from Raphael and the past. So, please, don't bring it up again."

Kiley felt a pang in her heart hearing Olivia's words.

Kiley tried to force the gift for the baby she brought into Olivia's hand, but Olivia pushed it back. Raphael hadn't wanted the baby; he even bought her the morning after pill himself and watched her take it. So Olivia was adamant-her baby had nothing to do with the Jones family.

Olivia's firm rejection left Kiley feeling really let down.
