Chapter: 4574
As he murmured words of love in her ear, Olivia came in with the baby in her arms. The servant quickly carried the baby over as soon as she saw Olivia and said, "What happened? You're so pale! Please sit down. I'll make you some tea. You definitely haven't completely recovered from giving birth yet."

The servant's concern was bordering on nagging, but she meant well.

Sensing that something was wrong with his sister, Edwin took the baby and handed her to his wife before saying to the servant, “Bring Olivia a cup of warm tea, please."

The servant felt as if she had crossed a line, so without saying anything more, she left to do as Edwin ordered.

When she was gone, Edwin helped Olivia to the sofa.

It was a rare sight to see him so gentle. “What happened? Tell me."

Under the bright lights, Olivia's face looked even paler.

She looked at Edwin, and then at Laura. There was a stretch of silence before she said, "I... Dylan is still alive! I saw him with my own eyes. And it wasn't just once. It was him. I'm sure of it. He's not dead! He's alive, but he refused to go home with me!"

Edwin and Laura were stunned.

“I know I sound crazy, but I know what I saw. He's still alive.”

After a long time, Laura broke the silence.

“I believe in you, and I also believe that he's still alive."

She then choked with sobs.

Dylan was her best friend. Like Olivia, she also wished that he would be alive. However, despite the possibility, Laura kept her hopefulness to herself, not wanting her husband to be jealous.

Edwin stared at his sister for a while.

He had always been a calm and rational person, but this time he found himself wanting to believe in miracles.

He wanted to believe Dylan was alive.

At this time, the servant came with a cup of tea. At first, Olivia was not in the mood to drink it, but Laura coaxed her to drink it.

A sleeping pill was put into the tea, and soon Olivia was asleep.

Laura touched Olivia's face gently. "She's asleep."

Edwin stood up and pinched Leyla's chubby face. Then he picked up his sister and walked upstairs. "She's heavier than I remember. Anyways, right now she really needs a good night's sleep. I think what she saw today really got to her."

Laura played with Leyla as Edwin took Olivia to an empty room upstairs.

Soon, Edwin came back down, stretching his arms as if carrying Olivia had strained him.

Laura couldn't help letting out a jab. "You've gotten old, Edwin. Olivia is light, but you couldn't even manage to carry her now?"
