Chapter: 4624
Observing Olivia's silence, Dylan understood her concerns.

He chose not to press the issue.

Following their meal, he kept his promise and drove Olivia home, ensuring his behavior remained appropriate.

During the drive, they both remained quiet. As he stopped the car outside her residential area, Dylan turned to face Olivia.

Just as Olivia was about to leave the car, he suddenly grabbed her wrist.

The car's interior was dim. Dylan looked at her earnestly and said, “Olivia, I'm serious. I truly want to start anew with you.”

Hearing that, Olivia lowered her gaze to avoid his eyes.

Her long eyelashes trembled slightly.

After a moment's thought, she looked up and said softly, "Dylan, we got along so well before because we really knew each other. We supported each other for years! But things are different now. Our relationship isn't the same... I'm not sure if I can believe what you're saying. I don't know if I can trust you anymore, Dylan. We aren't young anymore. There are many things we need to be cautious about. And I'm a mother now; I have to always be responsible for my child."

In fact, Dylan understood her worries.

He respected Olivia, and though he was reluctant, he simply touched her hand softly and wished her a good night...

Olivia had hoped that Dylan would let her go once he heard what she had to say.

However, upon her getting off the car, Dylan emerged from the car on the opposite side. As Olivia held the door, their eyes met, but she couldn't help but ask in a hushed tone, "What do you want, Dylan?"

This was the Edwin's villa, where Edwin and Laura were undoubtedly inside.

Olivia was keen not to be seen with Dylan.

Yet, Dylan approached her, each step deliberate. He draped his jacket over her shoulders, his eyes tender as he murmured, "I understand it's late, and Leyla must be asleep by now. I won't wake her up, I promise. I just want to see her."

Olivia remained rooted to the spot.

With his arm around her shoulder, Dylan guided Olivia into the house.

A servant happened to be there in the hallway.

Upon seeing Olivia and Dylan, the maid immediately rose to greet them.

However, she couldn't help but feel anxious seeing them together.

However, Olivia simply asked softly, “Has Leyla gone to bed?"

The servant nodded obediently. "Yes, she has. Nanny brought Miss Leyla's bottle down just now and confirmed that she is fast asleep."

Satisfied, Olivia nodded.
