Chapter: 4814
Raphael was worried that Olivia would not be comfortable with this, so he looked up at her to see her reaction. To his surprise, she did not seem angry.

She had probably heard the news that Elissa had given birth to a boy for him. The first thing she said to him was, “Is she okay?"

Raphael stood up with Leyla in his arms and gazed at Olivia. His heart still raced whenever he saw her, but he was able to hide it well.

"She's much better," he answered. "Please express my gratitude to your father."

"You've thanked him many times already," Olivia said with a smile.

“Your overwhelming gratitude might make him feel ill at ease."

Raphael also broke into a smile when she said this.

They were standing in the corridor of the hospital, chatting like old friends, as if all their conflicts had drifted away with the wind.

They had once been deeply in love. But now, both of them had moved on and started new Lives.

At the time when they first broke up, they pretended to be so indifferent to each other, even though they still liked each other.

But now that they had let go of those feelings, there was no more hatred and conflicts.

“Leyla has missed you so much," Olivia said, patting her daughter's head affectionately. "She can spend some time with you this afternoon. I'll pick her up in the evening. Don't worry; she won't disturb Elissa. She's a good girl."

When Raphael heard this, he kissed Leyla on the cheek.

He had also missed her very much. In the past few months, he had been busy with his work in Czanch and rarely went to see her. But the little girl was not angry with him nor did she blame him.

Now that Olivia had approved her stay with him, he carried her in his arms and went away after the girl wishing her mother goodbye.

Olivia stood there, watching them leave. But after a while, her phone suddenly began to ring. It was a call from Dylan.

She still hadn't accepted that man.

To her, he was just a father figure to Leyla and Eason. No matter how much he tried to help her take care of the kids, she would never see him as her husband anymore. When she answered the call, he went straight to the point, “Eason has finished his milk. Is there any storage left at home? If there isn't, let me go and buy some."

"There are still two tins in the cabinet at the far left side in the kitchen," Olivia told him.

"Okay then," Dylan replied. "I'll go get them."

But he didn't hang up the phone. After a moment of silence, he asked her, “Have you returned to Czanch?"

She knew what he meant, but she didn't attempt to explain anything to him. She felt there was no need for her to do that. Raphael had a son now, but Dylan was still bitter about her past with Raphael.

Back then, Dylan even doubted her loyalty to him just because Raphael had hugged her to say goodbye.

With these thoughts in her mind, Olivia responded angrily, "Wherever I decide to go is my business. I don't need to report to you."
