Chapter: 4837
Suddenly, a memory flashed through her mind back to the past. Back then, Dylan and she shared a romantic bond, and he used to treat her in the same caring way. Much like this young man who would go to any lengths for his girlfriend... Yet now, their connection couldn't compare to the passion of those young lovers.

Noticing her teary eyes, Dylan asked softly, “What's wrong?"

"Nothing. I'm okay," Olivia responded flatly.

But as the movie started and the lights dimmed, her sadness deepened.

She couldn't stop reflecting on her past with Dylan... Eventually, tears streamed down her face.

Seeing this, Dylan grew concerned.

He quickly handed her a tissue, and then they left the cinema together.

The driver stopped the car at the mall entrance and handed Dylan the keys.

Dylan opened the car door for Olivia, letting her in the passenger seat, and then joined her but made no move to drive off. Instead, he turned to her and asked softly, "Were you thinking about the old times? Olivia, if you're upset, feel free to talk about it... Even if it involves... him."

He suspected that the young couple might have reminded Olivia of her first love... who happened to be Raphael.

He thought perhaps Olivia was upset because she still harbored feelings for Raphael.

But when Olivia remained silent for a long time, he suggested, “If you really don't want to do it, next time I'll send Leyla instead, and you can stay home and do whatever you like! You don't need to try to stay strong when you're actually feeling weak, Olivia."

Shaking her head, Olivia softly replied, "It's not about him."

Upon hearing Olivia, Dylan's eyes brightened.

He affectionately took her hand, and after a pause, he whispered, "It's not about him? Then why do you seem so sad?"

Noticing a hint of embarrassment in Olivia's eyes, Dylan realized the issue involved him.

He didn't tease or comfort her but said gently, “It's all my fault, Olivia! I am really sorry."

Ultimately, they didn't return home for lunch. It seemed unwise to let Olivia's family see her in such a distressed state... Meanwhile, he noticed Olivia was becoming more concerned about how others perceived her, much Like Edwin would.

He wasn't sure if this was a positive development or not.

Olivia appeared more vulnerable when upset, while Dylan felt a sense of accomplishment in soothing and uplifting her.

They opted for a meal at a small but nice restaurant. The food was light yet nourishing and quite tasty.

Despite their intimate morning, they barely spoke during lunch.

Perhaps the weight of too many painful memories made it difficult to simply let go and start anew as if nothing had happened.

After lunch, they parted ways.
