Chapter: 1741
“Why did the doctor say?" Lyndon inquired.
“The doctor advised you to look after yourself and don't tire yourself," Rosalynn replied.
"Considering your head's been injured twice."
“Understood.”
Lyndon acknowledged, his tone reflecting gentle warmth and devotion.
Glancing at the laptop before him, Rosalynn remarked, “You mentioned it, but your laptop is still running. Shut it down."
With a grin, Lyndon complied and switched it off.
“That's better."
Rosalynn approved her tone content. She pondered for a moment before addressing the male caregiver in the ward.
“Sir, it might be a good idea for us to swap contact information.
Could you do me a favor and watch over him? Make sure he doesn't sneakily bury himself in work after we depart. If he doesn't act appropriately, feel free to inform me."
The caregiver cast a doubtful glance at Lyndon.
Lyndon sighed and said, “Rosa, just sitting on the bed with nothing to do feels dull."
"Then get some sleep," Rosalynn suggested firmly.
"Okay, I'll go along with your plan," Lyndon replied, feeling Like he had no other option but to agree.
Rosalynn beamed, completing the contact exchange with the caregiver.
Witnessing the scene, Brian felt a surge of jealousy.
The last thing he wanted was his wife's attention on another man.
Given the situation, he had to keep his cool.
After all, the man before him had saved his wife's life.
