Chapter: 175
Rosalynn wobbled, nearly losing her balance.
Dear?
Why was he addressing her as such?
Brian's lips tightened further.
Barlow strolled past him. Brian couldn't see his eyes, but he sensed the provocation.
How did Barlow know Rosalynn?
“If there's nothing else, I'll be heading home," Rosalynn declared, pushing her suitcase and preparing to exit the airport.
Brian gazed at her and inquired, "Are you acquainted with him?"
"No."
Rosalynn was merely a bystander and had no desire to know this dangerous individual.
"If you don't know him, why did he approach you?"
He even called her dear!
The mere thought made Brian's skin crawl.
"Many women approach you. Are you familiar with each of them?" Rosalynn retorted before heading toward a taxi upon leaving the airport.
“Where are you headed? | can give you a ride home." Brian persisted, his frown unwavering.
“No, thank you. Goodbye.”
Rosalynn passed her suitcase to the taxi driver and went inside the car.
She could finally stop seeing him.
She shut the car door and glanced at Eleanor, who trailed behind Brian.
As the taxi drove away, Brian's expression grew darker.
“Edwin brought the car," Eleanor reminded him, preparing to get in.
Brian's patience had worn thin.
