Chapter: 186
"Okay."
Without any hesitation, Haleigh agreed, and the receptionist promptly guided her through the necessary procedures.
"Rosalynn, you're incredible. You just secured a major project." Maggie commended Rosalynn.
Rosalynn simply offered a smile and didn't say anything. She gathered her belongings, preparing to take measurements at the house.
"Rosalyn, don't you think this goes against the rules? This order should have been mine.
How can you just snatch my client?" Asher complained, feeling wronged.
“Yeah, Rosalynn, it wasn't your turn to take the order.”
“Exactly, it should be given back to us."
The other two designers who had refused the project earlier now attempted to steal it from Rosalynn.
"Did | really steal your client?” Rosalynn questioned softly, continuing to organize her things without looking up.
"Didn't you all refuse it?"
The three of them exchanged glances, momentarily at a loss for words.
Asher suggested, "Rosalynn, you're an assistant designer. You're not qualified to design on your own. What if | take the lead as the primary designer and you assist me?"
"Yeah, Rosalynn, | have experience in villa design. You could be my assistant too.”
"Rosalynn, if you give me this project, I'll mentor you from now on. What do you think?"
Hearing the audacious proposals of the three designers, Rosalynn finally lifted her gaze.
"While expertise is essential in the design industry, it's also a service-oriented field that ultimately values customer care. Your arrogance will lead to your eventual downfall in society."
In the service industry, it was never a good decision to choose which customers to cater.
Because there was no sure way of knowing whether the client was truly wealthy or not.
The ethical way of doing business was to serve everyone with the same amount of respect and hospitality. It was the only way to establish rapport with the customers and build a good reputation in the process.
"That's right. How can you judge people by their appearance? It's such a juvenile mistake. If it weren't for Rosalynn, that customer would have definitely lost her temper. What do you think is going to happen if she goes around spreading rumors that S.W. Studio is run by elitist snobs? Can you imagine the amount of damage it would do to our reputation?"
Maggie pointed out.
