Quickly releasing Rosalynn's wrist, Sanford grinned.
“Brian, what a coincidence! Rosalynn Lives downstairs."

It was the very reason he had come.
Brian glanced at Rosalynn.
Rosalynn greeted Brian coolly, “Mr. Hughes.”
“Hello, Mr. Hughes," Maggie chimed in, flustered by their unexpected encounter with the boss that evening.
"Don't just stand there. Come in!" Sanford urged once more.
Rosalynn frowned, just wanting to return home.
But before she could respond, Brian wrapped an arm around her waist and said, "Let's go."
Rosalynn was taken aback.

Maggie's eyes widened in surprise at the sight of Brian embracing Rosalynn.
How could he hug her like that?
She suspected something unusual was going on.
“Don't just stare. Come on in," Sanford urged her.
A little embarrassed, Maggie hurried after them as Sanford led Millie into the apartment.
It was a duplex apartment.
The duplex apartment boasted an expansive living room on the first floor.
Soft, bright Lighting illuminated the room.
