Chapter: 269
"You don't want to see me?"
Rosalynn Looked at him and said, "No one wants to hang out with their boss after work."
“Oh? Why?" Brian raised an eyebrow.
“Because it's embarrassing," Rosalynn snapped.
Gazing at her stunning face, Brian leaned in close and whispered in a low, sultry tone, “Rosalynn, are you certain you're embarrassed when you see me?"
His familiar breath caressed her skin.
In the Light, his eyes held a faint smile.
Her reflection flickered within them.
Rosalynn's heart raced, and she instinctively took a step back.
He was flirting with her again.
But she wouldn't be seduced this time!
‘m just an ordinary worker. Of course, I will," Rosalynn replied icily.
Brian straightened up.
"I think you're quite bold. You don't get embarrassed; instead, you make others nervous."
He feared that if he messed up, she'd be angry with him.
But Rosalynn wasn't in the mood for his words; she just wanted to keep her distance.
She saw someone throwing darts, so she walked over there.
Brian raised his eyebrows and followed her.
Not far away, Sanford introduced Maggie to Millie and the others, asking them to include her in their games.
Millie smiled, but her expression changed as soon as Sanford left.
“Which family are you from? I've never seen you before," she asked Maggie.
Maggie hadn't been born into wealth. She admitted candidly, "I'm simply an ordinary worker.”
