Chapter: 1635
"It's none of your business," Bella retorted without missing a beat.
"Keilani!" William interjected loudly just as Keilani was about to respond.
Collen stood up, a wide smile on his face. "Bella, Sabrina, you're here too? Come and have a seat. I'll ask the waiter to add a couple of seats."
"No, we're here to celebrate Sabrina's new job. Heard you guys were around and wanted to say hi. We won't stay long, especially with a certain someone here spoiling the mood." Though Bella's tone remained polite, her words held an underlying implication.
Bella's other two friends were still next door, and she had no intention of staying in this chamber anyway.
Collen glanced at William, puzzled. Wasn't Sabrina working at Saleel Studio? Why a new job?
William stared back at Collen calmly, expression blank.
"You..." Keilani bellowed, unable to stomach Bella's veiled insults.
"Alright, both of you, tone it down!" one of their friends shouted.
He glanced at Blayze and added, “Let's keep it civil for Blayze's sake."
William grabbed Keilani's hand and pulled her down. With a huff, Keilani allowed herself to be guided back into her seat.
Bella didn't say anything else. She just turned to Blayze and greeted, "Blayze, it's been a while."
“Indeed, it's been a while, Bella," Blayze returned with a smile.
Then, his attention shifted to Sabrina. "Sabrina, I didn't expect to run into you here. I was planning to come to you in a couple of days. How has the past month in Philade been?"
Sabrina walked in and said, "Pretty good,"
"Blayze, how do you know each other?" Keilani interrupted, her expression relaying her confusion. She couldn't understand why Blayze and Sabrina spoke to each other in such a familiar way.
Blayze turned to look at Keilani. "Do you know Sabrina?"
Keilani glanced at Sabrina and pursed her lips at Sabrina's smiling eyes. “I've seen her a few times, but we're not close."
Of course, It was more than that. There was a huge rift between them.
Keilani, upon realizing that Sabrina was a photographer, suddenly remembered Blayze's passion for photography. Despite Blayze's fame in the photographic field, his status prevented him from pursuing it professionally.
