Chapter: 1637
After that, Sabrina left with Bella and closed the door.
Collen turned to William and stared at him curiously. "What was Bella hinting at? Celebrating Sabrina's new job? Wasn't she already at Saleel Studio?"
Everyone looked at William.
"There was a misunderstanding a while back. She's left Saleel Studio."
William immediately turned to Blayze and added, "She got the job through an interview and didn't contact me. I just found out that she is your friend."
Then, William glanced at Keilani and wanted to say something but stopped on a second thought.
“There's no need to create so much fuss. Isn't it normal to quit if you can't handle it?" Keilani snorted. She shifted all the blame on Bella. Bella was always poking her nose where it didn't belong. Bella must have brought the issue of Sabrina's new job up on purpose.
Blayze followed William's gaze to Keilani. Idly playing with his glass, he asked coolly, "What misunderstanding?"

He tactfully hid the fact that Keilani purposefully bullied Sabrina, the necklace making it look like a mere simple misunderstanding.
"I see. William, as the studio's helmsman, you can't sweep this under the rug. The team's morale takes a hit with an incident like this.
You're meant to be your employees’ shield in such situations. Besides, you and Blayze go way back. Unintentional or not, you've placed Blayze in an uncomfortable spot in front of Sabrina!" Grinning, Collen said as he leaned casually against the back of the chair.
“So, Keilani never offered an apology in the end? That's hardly acceptable! How could she evade accountability for wronging Sabrina? a friend chimed in.
"I never intended for this outcome. I never anticipated her resignation in such a fury! Besides, she's already secured a new job.
Why dig up ancient history?" Keilani retorted confidently, a hint of pout in her tone.
The room fell silent.
Everyone present knew Keilani was the daughter of the esteemed Wilsons, answerable only to her kin and Lance.
But could her parents or Lance intervene on Sabrina's behalf?
“Perhaps it's best to let bygones be bygones. The die is cast.
