Chapter: 1664
Out of nowhere, Blayze queried, "Are you aware that Tyrone has been detained?"

The sudden change in conversation was a surprise to Sabrina. While she already knew about what happened to Tyrone, she didn't expect Blayze to bring it up. She cleared her throat and nodded. “I know."

"What do you think about it?" Blayze raised his head to look at Sabrina.

Sabrina averted her gaze and said with disinterest, "I have had no involvement with him for quite some time. Whether he is guilty or not does not concern me.”

“Really?”

“Of course. Why are you asking me about it all of a sudden?"

"It's good that you really think so." Blayze took a sip of tea and said frankly, "This matter involves my uncle. My uncle and Tyrone have had disagreements and now they are in competition with each other. I will support my uncle no matter what. I'm saying this because I don't want you to feel bad when you find out about it in the future. It doesn't matter even if you want to help Tyrone. I just don't want anything to come between our friendship."

Hearing this, Sabrina replied, "I understand your perspective, and I have my own stance as well. Just know that I won't help him or blame you for this."

"Very well then."

“But I'm curious. What caused such a huge rift between Tyrone and your uncle?"

“There's no grudge. It's just about profits," Blayze said firmly.

The influential families frequently engaged in covert battles over their own interests, but this time the situation was more complex.

Currently, it appeared that Tyrone held a disadvantageous position.

Sabrina made her guess. Was it possible for them to pick a fight simply because of profits? Wouldn't it be a loss for both parties?

Sabrina was confused but she didn't ask more.

Even if there was more to the story, it was highly unlikely that Blayze would tell her about it.

"Blayze, can you do me a favor? If Tyrone ends up not being able to defend himself, please make sure that no innocent people get implicated in this."

Especially Wanda and Jennie.

"As long as they don't make mistakes, they won't get involved."

"That's good."
