Chapter: 1075
Suddenly, she remembered the novels Aurora had recommended to her.
Their heroes were all disciplined men. The more refined and abstinent they were, the more skilled they would be when having sex...
Realizing what she was thinking, Claudia pushed the thought away.
How could she let her mind wander there in such a sacred place!
When she was distracted, Bennett took her to a tomb and said, “We're here, Claudia."
Hearing that, she came back to her senses and looked at the tomb.
The tomb of Bennett's mother was a single one in a semicircle, covering an area of nearly ten square meters.
A black tombstone, standing over a meter tall, showcased a photograph, its details vivid in the moonlight.
Claudia saw Bennett's mother's photograph for the first time. For a brief moment, the sheer beauty of the woman left her speechless.
Upon closer inspection, Claudia realized Bennett resembled his mother tremendously, almost 90%.
The woman in the image had hair cascading to her shoulders, exuding a gentle and somewhat sorrowful aura. Her presence in the photo evoked sympathy from anyone who saw it.
“Your mom was truly beautiful."
He was as stunning as his mother.
Claudia looked at Bennett and sincerely complimented his mother.
With a smile, Bennett said, "She'd be overjoyed to hear that."
"She could!" As Claudia voiced her belief, she gently released Bennett's hand and leaned closer to study the photograph of Bertha Archer in detail.
Instinctively, she wished to find a tissue to clean the tombstone. It was only when she turned around that she recalled she hadn't brought her bag when leaving the car.
And the tissues were in her bag.
Bennett crouched next to her, noticing her discomfort. He asked, "Something wrong?"
"I forgot my tissues."
"Check the coat pocket."
Claudia's eyes sparkled at his suggestion. She delved into the pocket of the coat she wore.
Sure enough, she found a pack of tissues!
She took two from it, opened them and folded them again. Then she began to carefully wipe the tombstone.
