Checking his wristwatch, Bennett said, “I'll be heading out soon."

Upon entering, Breck caught Bennett's words and asked, “Are you serious? It's not even ten o'clock. Why are you leaving so early?"

“By the time our game ends, it'll be ten."

Claudia felt it was a bit early to leave, but she wouldn't contest Bennett's decision and simply nodded in acknowledgment.

Breck kept tut-tutting, looked at Claudia and said, “Don't you want to play some more, Claudia?"
