Chapter: 1359
But the movie kept on rolling. Unaware of the buzz they were about to cause online, Claudia and Bennett shared a passionate kiss in the 3D theater.

Bennett had made it crystal clear: work stuff stayed away from weekends and he was not one to cling to his phone all the time. So, when the movie time rolled around, his phone got chucked casually on a nearby table.

Claudia was just as chill about her phone. She had slept in today.

After breakfast, she hung out with Bennett a bit, then headed to the piano room. Her phone Lounged on the bedside table until lunch; she only got a quick check before she got up and freshened up.

Neither of them had their phones glued to their hands, so they had no clue about the crazy number of calls they were missing.

After the flick ended, as Bennett carried Claudia upstairs, she was worried about bumping into Marcia.

Luckily, Marcia knew the drill after her long stint here. She stuck to her areas downstairs-the kitchen, the dining, and her bedroomonly making appearances when needed.

Occasionally, she would sit on the sofa, but she always tried to minimize her appearance in front of Claudia and Bennett when they were home.

Today was no different. Claudia fretted, but all she heard were Bennett's footsteps echoing in the villa.

When she emerged from the bathroom, her phone kept buzzing.

Claudia reached out from under the covers, grabbed her phone, and saw a bunch of messages and tons of missed calls.

She had a sinking feeling about it.

After scrolling through Joann's messages, her gut feeling had been proved right.

Bennett emerged from the bathroom, spotting Claudia, who had claimed she was sleepy, glued to her phone.

With a grin, he strolled over, ready to ask why she was still up.

But as he leaned in to cuddle her, he noticed something off about her demeanor.

The grin on his face vanished in an instant. "What's up?"

"Something happened, Bennett."

Claudia's voice shook as she spoke.

She gave the phone to Bennett, who took it and brushed against her cold fingers.

He took the phone, clasping her hand with his left. "Let me check."

It was serious.

Joann's messages were straight to the point. “Claudia, are you seeing this? Why are your marriage agreement screenshots with Mr. Dreskin all over the web?"

Beneath were the damning screenshots. Bennett's expression darkened as he saw them.
