Chapter: 895
Seriously, why did this man always look so good? "Do you want to hang out with me tomorrow?" Claudia was snapped out of her reverie by the man's deep voice,
She cast her gaze down at the blanket draped over her legs in embarrassment before raising her head to give Bennett an apologetic look.
“I forgot to tell you that I agreed to hang out with Aurora tomorrow."
Bennett removed the towel from his head and tossed it in the laundry basket.
"I see."
He then returned to the bathroom carrying the basket.
Claudia blinked her eyes as she looked at the man's back. Suddenly, nervousness rose within her.
Was Bennett angry?
When she finished her conversation with Aurora the other day, she forgot all about it and did not think about it again until now. She only remembered when Aurora asked her what time they would meet tomorrow.
Now that she thought about it, it was indeed her fault for forgetting about discussing her plans for the weekend with Bennett.
Claudia sighed at the same time that Bennett reemerged from the bathroom.
She got out of bed, approached him, and poked him on the shoulder.
“Bennett.”
The man grabbed his phone before turning to her.
"Yes?"
“Are you mad?™
“I'm not."
Did he seem like the type to get angry easily?
Nonetheless, since Claudia was feeling guilty, it would be a waste not to take advantage of it.
Bennett lowered his gaze to the floor and said in a low voice, "I just thought we could go horseback riding tomorrow.
It was not obvious in his tone, but his expression and demeanor made him look like a child who was just told that Christmas was cancelled.
Claudia gasped, an expression of guilt immediately spreading across her face.
“I'm so sorry! I really forgot to tell you about it."
She bit her lower lip before suggesting, "Can we do it on Sunday instead?"
