The couple did not expect that the two women would actually send them a letter of demand and post a digital copy of it online,

At lunch, Claudia was in a cheerful mood and enjoyed her food.

After eating, she returned to the piano room and continued practicing until four o'clock in the afternoon, Joann called her to clarify her work schedule for the following week. Once the call ended, she exited the piano room.

Claudia had to fly to Feling on Thursday where the show would be held on Saturday.

After a while, she realized she had not told Bennett about it yet.

She checked the time on the phone. It was already five o'clock in the afternoon. Bennett would be home soon.

Claudia put her phone away and decided that she would just tell Bennett about her trip in person.

Bennett returned home earlier than she had expected. Claudia had just finished her yoga practice when she heard the sound of the car's engine from the outside,

Immediately, she got up from the yoga mat and left the gym.

Bennett was leaning against the counter as he drank water from a glass. His eyes lit up the moment he saw Claudia.

“Are you done with your exercise?"

Claudia was still donning a form-hugging yoga outfit.

She did not notice anything wrong at first, but when she saw him checking her out, her ears turned red in an instant.

Bennett refilled the glass with water and gave it to her. She accepted it, gulped down a few sips, and then looked back at him, “I'll go to Feling next week to help my friend with a show."

She was compensated monetarily for it, so she could not miss it.

“When is your flight?"

“The show will be held on Saturday, so I have to go there on Thursday." Bennett gave her a questioning look.

He then asked, “How long will you stay there?"

Bennett tucked the strands of hair that strayed to Claudia's cheek behind her ear.

Claudia's lashes trembled as the tip of his finger tickled her face, She cleared her throat and replied, “I won't be back until next Monday.

"So, you'll stay there for four days." Claudia nodded in confirmation.

She considered telling him she would bring him a present, but she decided against it. She would just surprise him once she got home.

Right then, Marcia exited the kitchen and announced, "Mr. and Mrs. Dreskin, dinner will be ready in ten minutes."

Marcia was really thoughtful.
