Chapter: 946
Claudia didn't hesitate before declining.
"No, I'm planning on performing next year instead."
When Joann heard Claudia's decision, her eyes sparkled.
“Alright, I'L decline the offer for you."
They made their way to the VIP lounge, engrossed in conversation.
Time was of the essence; the boarding would begin in ten minutes.
Though there were few people in the VIP lounge, Joann's concern about Claudia being recognized was not unfounded. After all, she had already become trending on Twitter twice this month, If she were to get recognized, it would be bad.
Joann's concern was valid. Claudia was merely sitting in peace when someone approached her and questioned if she was Claudia.
Engrossed in a chat on Line, Claudia instinctively lifted her head at the sound of the woman's animated voice.
The woman glimpsed her face and her excitement intensified.
"Claudi: It really is you! I'm also a pianist. May I have your autograph?"
Aware of her surroundings, the woman spoke in hushed tones, not wanting to disturb Claudia.
This was a first for Claudia. She'd never been recognized by a fan before. She felt too awkward to decline.
The fan's excitement peaked after she received the autograph, her eyes brimming with tears.
"Claudia, you're my idol. I've always admired you!"
“Thank you, You're pretty amazing yourself. Keep it up!"
The woman's head bobbed up and down with unbridled enthusiasm. Wiping away her tears, she took her leave.
Witnessing the exchange, Gustavo couldn't help but express his skepticism.
“Who is she? Is she a celebrity? What's got that woman so worked up?"
Next to him, Xavier had already closed his eyes for a brief rest, paying zero attention to the unfolding scene.
Accustomed to Xavier's general disinterest, Gustavo nudged his secretary.
“any idea who she might be?"
From their vantage point, the woman's face remained hidden. The secretary shrugged and said, “Her face isn't visible from here. I have no clue."
Displeased, Gustavo snorted, "She can't be all that famous if she's only got one fan.
