On the bed, Camila slept peacefully in Isaac's arms.

Buzz...

The phone vibrated.

Isaac woke up and glanced at the table.

No phone was there.

It must be in the pocket of the clothes on the floor.

He rubbed his forehead, clearly annoyed.

"Who's phone is ringing?" Camila mumbled groggily.

Isaac climbed out of bed to search for it. It turned out to be Camila's phone.

An unfamiliar number appeared on the screen.

He handed it to her.

Still half asleep, Camila answered without a glance.

A voice from the other end asked, “Excuse me, is this Camila Haynes?"

“Yes, it's me," Camila responded.

Then the caller continued...

The person on the other side asked, "Can we meet?" Camila promptly agreed.

“Let's meet at nine in the morning at Hot Island Coffee Shop."

With a quick confirmation, Camila was on her feet in an instant.

Isaac, curiosity piqued, inquired, “Who called?"

Camila, as she dressed, relayed the unexpected shift in Kameron's family's stance. "They're suddenly talking about making peace and dropping the lawsuit. Isaac, do you think they're planning on something?"
