Once they were certain they weren't being followed, they returned to the manor.

As they exited the car, Forrest stepped up and offered, “I'll carry Mila!"

Isaac refused, saying, "No."

He insisted on supporting Camila himself.

Forrest had no choice but to lead the way.

He asked Isaac, “Why are you being so stubborn? I just wanted to help you since you're injured and couldn't see. What could I possibly want with Mila?"

Isaac responded, “She's my woman. Aren't these my hands? I may be blind, but I'm not disabled."

Forrest realized he might have overstepped.

He apologized, saying, “I didn't mean it."

Isaac wasn't bothered.

“Call the doctor," he instructed.

Forrest nodded to Willie.

“I'll go," Willie declared.

He then turned and walked briskly away.

After entering the room, they saw Bowen walking. Rowena watched him closely, ready to catch him since he was still unsteady.

Rowena was always ready to scoop him up quickly if he fell.

As she saw Isaac entering, Rowena, holding Bowen, asked, "You're back?"

Isaac confirmed with a nod.

"Forrest is hurt. We need to let her and Isaac rest first," Forrest said.

Without hesitation, Rowena replied, "Go."
