Annis said with a finger pointed at Forrest.

Frowning, Forrest retorted, “I tried to take advantage of you? That's bullshit! You are only saying this because you know that your Alick is bound to support you."

“He told me that I had to address him as Mr. Walters, but he is younger than Alick," Annis said.

Forrest scoffed and retorted, “I might not indeed be as old as Alick, but I'm way older than you!"

Annis widened her eyes, unable to believe that someone could be so petty.

Turning to face Alick and pointing at Camila, Forrest continued, "I can't do what you ask of me, Alick. I even address Camila by her full name!"

Camila blinked, surprised by his choice of address. "I'm not used to you calling me that."

After all, Forrest had once been her senior.

Forrest, with a self-assured smile, noted, “You see? I now hold a higher position than her."

Curiosity and a touch of incredulity laced Camila's next question.

“And why do you have a higher position than me?"

He shrugged casually. “I wasn't in a higher position than Isaac, was I? And now you're married to him, right?" After a pause, he added, "You know, I'm senior around here. So, Isaac should really start calling me ‘senior' too, right?"

Alick was at a loss for words.

Annis was equally stunned.

"Annis, let's head back to our room." Alick stood up abruptly.

This had to stop.

He couldn't just let Forrest go on like this.

Otherwise, he'd have to start calling him 'senior' too!

"Wait, don't go. Just hear me out. Am I making sense?" In that moment, Forrest seemed quite pleased with himself.

He smacked his Lips, looking pleased. "I'm proud of my junior, Camila," he said.
