He sighed heavily, acknowledging, "Well, he's getting married. I need to find him a meaningful wedding gift."
"You still have a conscience, it seems," remarked Camila, her words stinging Forrest unexpectedly.

Speechless, Forrest couldn't help but ask, “Do I usually have no conscience?"
"It's not like that, Forrest. You're just not very good..." Camila responded, her tone softening the blow slightly.
"Camila, how could you say that!" Forrest exclaimed.
"Just pretend I didn't say anything," Camila interjected hastily, attempting to smooth over the tension with a dismissive wave of her hand.
Forrest chuckled, a mischievous glint in his eye. "You'll pay for that remark. Maybe I'll recruit your youngest son as my daughter's future bodyguard."
Camila was taken aback.
Her son was like a prince; the notion of him becoming a mere bodyguard seemed absurd.
“Dream on," she retorted firmly. She had no desire for her son to be relegated to such a role.
