She bit her Lower lip and held her breath as Isaac pulled her close. "You know that I hate you. Why are you still so good to me?" she asked softly.

Without answering, Isaac carried her into the bedroom and laid her on the bed. He didn't immediately move away. Instead, he looked at her seriously and said, “Because I love you."

Camila's eyes widened and her heart skipped a beat.

She clenched the sheets tightly.
