She remained silent.

She and Audrey were partners. Exacting revenge on the older woman was out of the question.

Isaac was able to read her thoughts with a glance.

It seemed she was really working with Audrey

Why she sacrificed her body for such a farce was beyond him.

Audrey must be really good at brainwashing people.

"You teamed up with her to save her son, but what did you gain in return?” Isaac asked.

Fidelia gave it some serious consideration. Indeed, Isaac's scorn was all she gained from the stunt she and Audrey pulled. That much was evident in the way he harshly shook her off earlier.

To feel such an aversion to being touched by her, she must have really repulsed him.

“What did I get?" Fidelia asked herself, hoping to find an answer, but all she came up with was, "Nothing."

Back then, her good looks and innocence were all she had.

Now, though, what else did she have?

Rather than benefiting from working with Audrey, she lost what was most precious to her.

Additionally, she had lost her chance with Isaac.

“She's the one responsible for everything that has been taken away from you. If you want to get back at her, I'll help you. If you don't, take the money and go somewhere far, preferably to a place where no one knows you. It's your choice."

After his speech, Isaac walked out of the ward.

Fidelia thought for a moment, then ran to follow him. Once she caught up to him, she grabbed a handful of his shirt and blurted, “Help me get revenge on her!"

Isaac turned around and shot Fidelia a cold glance. The look on his eyes made her shiver and immediately pull her hand away.

Isaac took a deep breath, trying to calm himself amidst his boiling anger. "I'LL Let you stay in the company.”

“Really?” Fidelia almost gasped. She couldn't believe it!

“If Audrey asks you..."

"I know," Fidelia interrupted. She instantly understood the situation.

“If she asks me what you've done to me, I‘1l tell her that you've been very nice to me the entire time."

Isaac nodded.

“Then how can I take revenge?" Fidelia asked.
