Chapter: 754
The research had already reached the final stage, which was the stage that needed the least money. Now, he could reap all the benefits without doing any work.

A smirk formed on Travis' Lips. He was certain he would make a fortune. Meanwhile, Alick sighed in front of him. "I don't know how to explain to my good friend that I chose you for this cooperation."

Travis chuckled and patted him on the shoulder. "Well, I hope we can be good friends in the future."

“Of course we will." Alick's Lips curved into a meaningful smile. However, Travis was so overjoyed that he failed to notice that was something amiss.

After all, he had just invested a lot of money in a project that he thought would be successful. Soon, he would be earning a lot of money from it.

That was why he was in a good mood.

Right now, Travis felt Like he could skip work, so he went ahead to see Lilith.

He had been neglecting her these past few days. As a result, she was furious at him.

"I thought you had forgotten about me," Lilith complained with a pout.

“As you know, I've just taken over the company. There's a lot of things that need to be done! Are you mad at me?" Travis grabbed her waist and pulled her closer to him.

“Well, tell me what you want. Whatever it is, I'll buy it for you," he whispered to her.

Lilith smiled and buried her face on his chest.

“I don't want anything. As long as I'm with you, I'm happy."

A look of affection was swimming in her eyes. She really liked him

“By the way, my mother has already accepted you,” Travis told her.

“The last time she and I spoke, she asked me to bring you home for dinner." Lilith's eyes widened in delight.

“Really?”

Travis smiled at her. "Really. I would never lie to you." After a slight pause, he added, “How about I bring you home to meet my parents today?"

Lilith looked away and scratched her head.

“Well, I haven't prepared any gifts yet. I can't meet your parents empty-handed! I have to buy gifts for them!"

“They already have everything they need. No need to trouble yourself," he replied with a chuckle.

“But if I don't prepare anything for them, they might think that I'm impolite." Lilith truly cared about her image. She wanted to make sure that Travis' family had a good impression of her.

Seeing that he wouldn't be able to persuade Lilith, Travis had no choice but to agree. "Fine, fine. Do you want to go and buy gifts now?" She nodded vigorously.

After that, he drove her to the shopping mall.

Lilith knew that Audrey Liked jade, but she didn't have enough money to buy a good one for her. In the end, Travis was the one who paid for the gifts that his parents would like. Once they were done shopping, they left the malt.
