Gunter couldn't process what was happening.

“Audrey, what are you doing?!" he snapped at her as his cheeks burned in pain.

He was a man.

How could he allow a woman to slap him in the face?!

After all, a man's face was his dignity and Lifeline!

Audrey scowled at him. "Are you going to deny it in front of me?"

As soon as Gunter heard this, a pang of guilt swelled in his heart.

“What nonsense are you talking about? What did I do? Look! I bought this diamond necklace just for you"

"You fooled around with another woman, and now, you're giving me a gift?! Are you doing this to make up for cheating on me?!" There was so much vitriol behind her words. Even though Audrey was a tough woman, she still burst into tears. Her heart was hurting and reeling from the betrayal.

“I did everything for this family, for your son, and for you. And this is how you choose to repay me?! By betraying me?!" she roared.

Aurora grabbed his collar and wrapped it around her fist. There was a crazed look in her eyes. Right now, she didn't care about her image. She just wanted to know the truth straight from Gunter's mouth.

“How can you betray me like this?"

When Gunter realized that his affair with Fidelia had been exposed, he didn't panic.

He played it cool and said, "I was just playing—"

"Playing?!" Audrey's face turned even paler.

“Are you saying that I can play with a man, too?!"

Gunter's expression turned cold. "Don't go too far. You slapped me but I didn't fight back. How can you hit a man's face Like that?!"

As soon as she heard this, Audrey felt her heart break in half. She could no longer stop the tears from streaming down her face.

She was the one who had gone too far? The audacity of this man!

Audrey's heart was filled with so much hatred that all she could think about was stabbing Gunter to death.

Meanwhile, Gunter's patience was running out. Audrey's ferocious face made her look even uglier!

He didn't feel sorry for her when he saw her cry. In fact, he felt disgusted.

"You're no longer a Little girl. Stop crying! Aren't you afraid that Travis might see you like this?!" Gunter wasn't in the mood to coax her. Besides, he knew it wouldn't work anyway. The best he could do was leave her alone and let her process this news by herself.

“Don't worry. I still want you and this family. I'll come back when I've had enough fun."

As soon as Audrey heard this, a sneer formed on her face. What did he mean? Did he think that she was just going to forget about this and move on?
