But now, his feelings had changed completely. He thought about what Cecilia had said. Then his mind went back to Olivia and the baby.

This was the first time that he was so eager to have a family of his own.

Perhaps, the reason why he had been unwilling to get married was because he thought that he might be able to get back with Olivia one day. Back in time, he was just too proud to admit that he still loved her. And now he regretted it deeply.

By now, his eyes had begun to hurt, so he decided to close them and go to sleep.

But his phone just kept ringing and ringing. ALL the calls were from Sharon, so he grabbed the device and turned it off.

It was after doing this that he fell asleep.

When he woke up later in the day, he found out that Sharon and Kiley had come over together. Kiley was still in a wheelchair, but Sharon had insisted on bringing her. In fact, Kiley's attitude towards Sharon had changed ever since she saw Olivia's baby.

Since she couldn't accept Olivia as her daughter-in-law, Kiley's plan was to take the child from Olivia so that Sharon would take care of her as her own.

She didn't care whether Sharon would have a child of her own or not since the Jones bloodline carried on with Olivia's child already.

After staring at them for a long while, Raphael slowly sat up.

Kiley didn't beat around the bush. She went straight to the point.

"Son, I'm sure that baby is definitely yours. So, you need to fight for custody of her. Sharon would look after her while you concentrate on the business."

Raphael leaned against the sofa and said with a sigh, “I've already told Sharon that the engagement has to be cancelled. In fact, I'm willing to compensate her for the mental stress and disappointment. Concerning the baby, I can tell you that she's not my child. I have run a paternity test, and the results are clear. She has no biological connection to me."

Kiley was shocked to hear this.

And so was Sharon too.

It then dawned on her that Raphael and Olivia had had sex when they were on the island for Leonel's wedding.

Now, Raphael was denying the product of that activity. This made her so pissed.

"You left me and went to have sex with Olivia?" she said accusingly in a hoarse voice. "How could you be so cruel, Raphael? For crying out loud, I'm your fiancee, your future wife... yet you treat me like this?!"

In fact, she couldn't stand it anymore. Over the past few years, Raphael had continued to ignore her.

She felt like she was a joke and Raphael did not care about her at all.

Raphael was indifferent to hear her say all these. But after staring at her for a moment, he brought out his checkbook and wrote Sharon an eighty-million-dollar check as compensation for the eight years she had been by his side.

Sharon turned to Kiley in shock and disbelief.

Kiley once liked Sharon a lot, but after finding out that she had cheated on Raphael, she became rather upset. After all, who would be happy if her son was cuckolded? As a result, Kiley remained silent.

“Let's break up peacefully," Raphael said to Sharon with a sigh.
