The neon lights around them were so beautiful. Both of them had already dressed for the banquet. They looked so outstanding that everyone who saw them was captivated. If they had not broken up, people would have said they were a perfect match.

Her eyes were staring at her feet in a bid to avoid his gaze.

All of a sudden, a black limousine drove up to them and stopped.

Then the door was opened and Olivia's assistant got down. "Ms. Evans, let me help you," she quickly said, rushing up to Olivia's side.

Since this young woman used to work for Dylan, Olivia trusted her.

But the sight of Raphael had alarmed the assistant. That was why she had come to Olivia's aid.

“I'm fine. You don't need to worry," Olivia said lightly.

Then she opened the car door and climbed into the back seat by herself.

The assistant helped her closed the door and then turned to Raphael.

“Goodbye, Mr. Jones," she said to him with a forced smile.

Raphael stood there alone in the cold.

Only a piece of glass separated him and Olivia, but he couldn't see her through the tinted glass.

After a while, he waved at the vehicle and said, "Goodbye."
