Chapter: 4828
All in all, she was trying her best to finally accept him again.
But there was always this little voice inside her head that constantly told her not to give in.
Dylan knew her inner struggle to accept him, but he didn't try to convince her or force her to do anything.
Later that night, Olivia lay in bed thinking about Dylan and herself.
When Olivia woke up the next day, she found that Leyla was not in the room.
But someone was seated on the edge of the bed. It was Dylan.
He was wearing a white shirt and a light gray overcoat, making him look very stylish.
Still lying on the bed, Olivia asked him softly, “Can you even hold the baby now that you're dressed this nicely?”
"I'll just get changed if it gets dirty," Dylan replied, touching her face affectionately.
Olivia broke into a smile. But she still felt a little tired and was not very willing to get up from bed. “Where are the children?" she asked him.
Dylan didn't answer immediately. Instead, he took off his shoes and climbed into bed with her. Then he grabbed her hand and put it on his chest. His action shocked Olivia. She looked at him in surprise but didn't withdraw her hand. She just considered this action of his as a New Year "gift" from him.
“The nanny is looking after Eason while Leyla's with your parents,"
Dylan finally answered her. “She will probably be taken to her uncle's place later. Now, we have a lot of time to ourselves!"
Then he pulled off his coat and got under the covers with her.
He gave her a deep kiss and his warm hands roamed all over her body.
Olivia wanted to refuse him. After all, it was a festive period and there were a lot of visitors in the house. What if they came in and saw them? So she pushed him away from her, and reminded him, “People will see us!"
Dylan didn't try to force her, but he didn't leave her alone either.
He pressed himself against her and kissed her for some time. Then he said in a husky voice, “I've been thinking about you all night. Now, we're finally alone together. I don't think I can control myself anymore."
Olivia's face turned red when she heard this.
Since Dylan had grown up abroad, it was natural for him to speak of his feelings in such a direct manner. But Olivia just couldn't stand it She quickly turned her face away and murmured, “You're so shameless!"
“But I'm only saying this to you," he chuckled.
Worried that the maids would gossip about her absence, he decided to let her be for the moment. So he got up from the bed. As he tidied up his clothes, he couldn't help but look at her. But she didn't dare look back at him at all, for fear of seeing something that she shouldn't.
"You've seen me naked before, haven't you?" Dylan said, pinching her nose playfully.
But the moment he said this, something suddenly occurred to him.
