Chapter: 4890
It would, in fact, be a shock to know that someone as gorgeous as Elva had never dated anyone in her life! And it made all the more sense that man was Luis.

Kyler came to terms with it and chose to keep seeing Elva. They were currently dating and enjoying a stable relationship.

Elva, holding Kyler's arm, smiled elegantly.

They appeared to be a perfect match, and Luis tried to look past his unease. Unfortunately, Holley stepped out of the car just then.

Holley quickly realized she and Elva were dressed identically!

Elva was also surprised but seemed unbothered.

Holley was taken aback and needed a moment to regain her composure.

"So, you own this dress too! Miss Fowler, we're here for Luis‘, Don't think it's a bit much for us to grandfather's birthday. you be wearing the same outfit?"

Resting against Kyler, Elva responded with a light-hearted smile, “How is it inappropriate? It's just a dress we're sharing, not a boyfriend!"

Holley's expression hardened. She detected an underlying meaning in Elva's comment.

Luis apologized to his girlfriend, saying, "I had no idea she would be here at the celebration, much less wearing the same dress. I'll arrange for someone to bring you another dress to change into!"

Holley resisted. "But this dress was specially made for me! Plus, we're supposed to lead the opening waltz!"

Luis gently clarified, “Actually, my parents are the ones opening the waltz."

Trying to hold back her irritation, Holley whispered, “I still don't want to change. This dress was costly, and I feel wonderful wearing iti"

Luis refrained from arguing, finding himself increasingly impatient and beginning to side with his parents.

Perhaps he and Holley simply weren't meant to be.

He was sure that talking things through with Elva would have been easier.

Glancing over, he noticed Elva playfully asking Kyler, “Kyler, are you turning red?"

Kyler remained silent.

He softly caressed her cheek, his touch conveying affection rather than flirtation.
