Ariana slowly recounted happy moments from the past, and Melon listened to her with rapt attention. As he imagined his parents in his mind, his small hand tenderly cradled the Theodore figurine.

The mother and son spent the next couple days in the apartment. Even though the apartment was a bit old, after cleaning it up, it gave out a cozy environment. It felt so comfortable to the point that they were quite reluctant to leave its warmth and memories behind.

A few days later, everything came back to normal. Ariana dropped Melon off at kindergarten as usual, and after that, she decided to stop by the nearby supermarket. She wanted to make a special dinner for her son and needed to buy some ingredients. Coincidentally, Judy was also at the supermarket, buying daily necessities, and the two bumped into each other.

Judy's face immediately lit up at the sight of Ariana. Then, she started striking up a lively conversation. The two women continued strolling together.

“Looks like your cooking skills have become better lately. It is a good thing," Judy said.
