Chapter: 1770
Holden put Ariana on the bed. Then, he went to the bathroom to get a warm towel to wipe her sweat.
While he was soaking the towel in hot water, he heard noises outside.
He came out with the warm towel and saw Ariana getting out of bed.
She went to the wine cabinet and took out another bottle of wine, mumbling, “It turns out there is really wine here."
Before Holden had the time to stop Ariana, she had already opened the bottle and drank half of it.
Holden was so startled that he rushed over and grabbed the bottle.
He said, "You even drank two kinds of wine. You will definitely have a headache tomorrow."
Ariana didn't hear what he said at all. She only felt like the world was spinning. She reached for the bottle as if it were a treasure, and she feared someone would steal it from her. But her strength was no match for Holden. So, she lowered her head and bit his hand.
The drunk Ariana bit Holden with all her strength. Holden groaned in pain, but he didn't take his hand back. He just touched her head and coaxed her softly, saying, "You can't drink anymore. Otherwise, you will feel uncomfortable tomorrow."
Suddenly, Ariana burst into tears.
Holden was stunned for a moment. He asked anxiously, “What's wrong? Why are you crying?"
Ariana asked between sobs, "Are you not angry?"
Holden asked in confusion, "Why would I be angry?"
"Your toothbrush fell into the toilet this morning," Ariana said and cried even harder.
Holden didn't know what to say for a moment.
At this time, Ariana suddenly jumped up and shouted, “I'm just kidding! Are you fooled?"
Before Holden could react, Ariana started singing and spinning around the room.
Holden let out a sigh. He understood that Ariana was so drunk that she didn't know what she was doing. Otherwise, she wouldn't be singing so loudly.
He could only say softly, "Be careful." Then, he watched her jumping around the room, following her closely in case she bumped herself into any corner. Finally, when he saw she couldn't stop, he picked her up directly and carried her to the bed. Then, he wiped her sweat with the warm towel and said, “Okay, that's enough. It's time for bed."
“No, I don't want to sleep. Unless... You! Sing a song for me,"
