Chapter: 1774
The Fredrick Group held a general meeting of shareholders, and it seemed the shareholders were to elect a new leader.

As soon as the news broke that the Fredrick Group was going to have a new leader, the stock market was in turmoil. Many media gathered at the company's HQ for live coverage.

Images filmed live at Fredrick Group HQ showed a crowd of reporters at the company gate. All the media wanted to have the information first.

After all, no one knew what was happening now. Although rumors of Holden's death had spread all over the Internet, the Fredrick Group had yet to make an official statement or publish an obituary.

No one knew whether Holden was indeed dead or whether he was still alive. It would be really shocking if he was really dead. How could he have died so suddenly? Something was amiss.

While the reporters were waiting at the company gate, black cars arrived and parked in front of the company. The people who came out were all executives and shareholders of the Fredrick Group.

Seeing the new arrivals, journalists flocked to them for a statement.

“Why did you convene an emergency general meeting of shareholders? Is it because the CEO of Fredrick Group is really dead?"

"If the news is true, how did Holden die? Was it an accident or a murder?"

Reporters peppered Fredrick Group executives with questions. However, the executives did not say a word. They headed straight for the elevator under the protection of their bodyguards.

Another black car suddenly arrived at the HQ. When the car stopped, Zayden and Becker got out of it.

The reporters all knew Zayden. At Sadie's wedding a few days ago, he had been the center of the drama, which had been a hot topic at the time.

So, when he appeared, the attention of all the major media were focused on him.

There was a rumor that Holden did not have a good relationship with his cousin Zayden, and that the latter had an affair with Sadie.

This left the reporters to speculate whether Zayden would be the next CEO of the Fredrick Group.

There were chances that Holden and Zayden were constantly fighting over money and power.

Zayden might have something to do with Holden's death.

The reporters all had the feeling that this whole thing revolved around Zayden and that was why they all rushed to interview him.

"Mr. Fredrick, what are your thoughts about the general shareholder's meeting?"

"Why did the Fredrick Group convene a general shareholder's meeting at this time? Is there anything the company doesn't want to make public?"
