Chapter: 1838
She covered her face and continued, “In my story, he's portrayed as a vigorous man who can engage in intimacy ten times a night. Isn't it flattering to have three women attend to him? He's the perfect main character in my story."

Ariana was left speechless. Although she couldn't comprehend the advantage of being the main character in an erotic fiction, she offered a courteous, albeit insincere, comment. “Well, regardless of the genre and setting, you are good to him."

Sonia agreed enthusiastically, saying, “Precisely. He ought to thank me, as the future developments in the plot of my story will be even more advantageous to him. Obviously, he doesn't have such abilities in reality."

Sonia's enthusiasm grew as she spoke. "Originally, I planned to portray him as the most captivating character in the story. I imagined him captivating the attention and relentless pursuit of the world's most attractive gay man, resulting in him being tied up and auctioned off at a high price. I could even orchestrate everyone being irresistibly drawn to him. Aren't I doing him a favor by giving him such a fascinating role? Damn! If only I had realized this would happen, I would have exposed him to more distasteful storylines..."

Ariana stared at Sonia, her eyes wide with shock. Instinctively, she clamped her hands over Melon's ears, trying to shield him from the grown-up gossip.

“It's okay, Mommy. I don't understand any of it," Melon replied, attempting to comfort Ariana.

But Ariana felt swamped by Sonia's stream of steamy stories. Her ears felt like they needed a thorough scrub, and she was already planning a doctor's visit to cleanse her mind after this.

Meanwhile, Sonia was just getting started. She let loose about her emotions by spinning one crazy and risqué tale after another. Nothing was off-limits.

As Sonia's stories got even wilder, Ariana reached her limit. She was about to tell Sonia to stop talking when she noticed someone tall and familiar standing near their table.

She squinted to confirm what she was seeing.

It was Maxwell!

Ariana couldn't believe it-the very person Sonia had been talking about was right there beside them.

Panicking, Ariana tugged at Sonia's sleeve and whispered, "Stop talking. Right now!"

Sonia looked at Ariana, puzzled by her sudden urgency. Then, she turned and saw Maxwell's handsome face. Ariana practically melted into her seat. It felt like they had been caught red-handed, even though Sonia was the one blabbing.

Sonia was stunned, frozen in place as her mind tried to process it all.

She eventually managed to lift her hand and give a weak wave. “Uh, hi," she said.

Surprisingly, Maxwell smiled and said to Sonia, “Always the quick-thinking journalist. Your way with words is impressive. It's clear you're also skilled at writing other things."

Sonia felt her cheeks heat up and wished she could vanish on the spot.

She was so embarrassed, desperately wanting to become invisible.

Maxwell's smile made Sonia wonder if he was already planning her demise.
