Chapter: 477
Although Theodore had difficulty candidly expressing himself, he always made up for it with his actions.

After putting away the room card, she scoffed at Cole, "Do you still need me to demonstrate to you how to use the elevator?"

Once Cole noticed the gold-plated room card created with expert craftsmanship, he felt as though he had been slapped hard in the face. He replied with an awkward smile, "No, thank you. It's impressive how someone like you could afford the presidential suite."

Ignoring Cole's sarcasm, Ariana ordered a few dishes from the waiter and did her best to ignore the questioning whispers surrounding her.

“Does this new agent know someone in high places?"

"I think so. Otherwise, how would Sarah have returned to popularity so easily?"

“We'd better not provoke her, lest we get into trouble."

“But then why would Mr. Salazar deliberately make things difficult for Tyler? If

Ariana really has a powerful backer, the director would've already ingratiated himself with her."

“shhh! How dare you say such a thing? Be careful or you'll be heard by Mr. Salazar.

Do you or do you not want to stay in this industry?"

One of them was bold enough to go up to Ariana and bluntly ask, “Ariana, why have

I never heard you mention anything about your family? Tell us. Perhaps we know a few of them."

Ariana smiled and answered curtly, "Let's refrain from discussing personal affairs while working."

Since Ariana refused to share any more information, they stopped asking her questions.

While examining those present in the restaurant, Ariana discovered that, apart from the group of directors, nearly half of the crew's core members were gathered here. She asked the reason for this from a producer at the next table as casually as she could.

The producer first glimpsed at Cole and then explained, "Mr. Salazar informed us that the shooting in the morning would be postponed until the afternoon."

Ariana was baffled by this and asked, "Why wasn't I notified?"

Everyone fell into a dead silence, glancing at the oldest stage supervisor who took

Cole's side.
