Rosalyn replied, "Karina, had you known that Brian and Barlow are siblings, you wouldn't have said that.”

“What? Brian and Barlow are brothers? That's crazy!" Karina's shock only grew.

“So Barlow is the one who was sent abroad by the Hughes family more than ten years ago?"

"Yes, Barlow is far from simple. You've heard of Sun Group, right? He's the one who put the group's leader behind bars and took his place.”

Rosalynn filled Karina in on Barlow.

“Goodness! I never expected Barlow to be so cruel," Karina remarked.

Three years prior, she had foolishly tried to seduce him.

She considered herself lucky!

“Yes, we'd best avoid provoking such a dangerous man," Rosalynn advised.

Karina's eyes sparkled.

“Rosalynn, I think he's not as vicious as the rumors suggest."
