“What are you saying? Why would I want to buy anything from a company owned by a jerk?"

Without waiting for Rosalynn's reply, Karina took her hand and pulled her to another jewelry counter.

Rosalynn's eyes narrowed when she inadvertently saw a man and a woman.

The woman was trying on a pair of earrings, while the man stood beside her. He then whispered something in her ear that made her smile.

It was those two again!

Rosalynn frowned even further when she saw the man take the invoice from the saleslady and went to the cashier to pay for it.

“Rosalynn, what's wrong? What are you Looking at?" Karina asked out of curiosity, seeing that Rosalynn was focused somewhere else.

“Karina, can you wait a minute?"

Rosalynn was determined to clarify this thing out.

Then, she walked toward the woman, standing on her side and pretending to look at some jewelry.

A saleslady quickly approached Rosalynn, asking her what kind of jewelry she wanted to buy. Rosalynn casually glanced at the earrings on the woman's ears.

“Her earrings Look very nice. Do you have something similar?"

Hearing this, the saleslady nodded eagerly and picked out more earrings for Rosalynn to try on.

Rosalynn looked at them, pretending to be a little dissatisfied.

She then turned toward the woman again and commented, “Miss, the earrings you picked are far more beautiful. I can see that you have such good taste."

Praised out of nowhere by a stranger, the woman smiled happily.

“Well, my boyfriend and I picked it together."

Did she just say her boyfriend?

But the man was Maggie's boyfriend too!

"I see. Your boyfriend seems to treat you so well,” Rosalynn remarked flatteringly.

“Yes, he does." The woman was very proud to say it.

With a plain smile, Rosalynn politely refused the saleswoman's recommendation and walked back to Karina.
