“Is that so? You really are quite efficient, aren't you?" Brian chuckled.

Rosalynn was not the type to fall for a handsome face, but she was weak to men with pleasant and magnetic voices.

And unfortunately for her, Brian fell squarely in both categories.

She told herself to calm down.

“I'm sorry, but do you have other business for calling?"

“Are you home alone?“ Brian suddenly asked.

Rosalynn breathed out an exasperated sigh.

“What are you trying to say?

Would you Like me to take a photo of my place to prove that I am alone?

Or perhaps a video would be more convincing.“

“Oh, that's an excellent idea!"

Rosalynn's jaw dropped in disbelief.

This man was thinking too much!

"This is pointless," she muttered.

“Pointless? Then why don't you come here and put in some overtime?"

Rosalynn closed her eyes in utter frustration

She just wanted to hang up.

“With all due respect, I am currently off the clock. What I do in my private time is none of your business. Now, if that's all, I'm hanging up."

Rosalynn didn't wait for him to respond and ended the call.

Brian pulled the phone from his ear, his eyes sparkling with amusement .

He swept a glance over the empty studio and smiled.
