The reporter said pathetically, "Darren, I bet you can directly tell us who that person is, in addition to replying ‘yes.‘"

The crowd laughed heartily once again.

In a cheerful tone, Vivian said, “Darren can never be in a relationship. For him, there is nothing except the game. He can't possibly be dating anybody right now."

Maria's Lips twitched as she recalled the day a few years ago at the cafe when a lad told her shyly that he had decided to become a professional player of Wasteland. He also urged her to join him.

But Maria turned down the offer, saying she had to focus on her other priorities.

At this moment, Anthony sent a message to Maria.

“I'm mow watching the Wasteland exhibition game's post-match interview."

“Great.”

“I've heard he supplied you with fifty VIP-class seats. Is it true?"

“Is he your ex? Or something like that?"

Maria was taken aback, and then something occurred to her. Why would Anthony even care? Their engagement was a sham, right?

Maria might have been bewildered, but she was quick to respond. "Don't worry. That's not how things are."
