On the huge screen, the audience could already see the raging surge of zombies rushing toward the defensive fortresses like mighty sea waves.

The two defensive fortresses located in the wilderness were like two huge boats swaying in the stormy waves. One crucial mistake and it could be destroyed at any time by the rampaging zombies.

But comparing the two teams, Team B was in a worse situation.

Except for the two professional players, the other three celebrity players, including Vivian, were not capable enough to resist the savage attacks from one hundred thousand feisty zombies.

Fortunately, of the three non-professional players, one was a medic and one was an engineer. At least, they didn't have to fight on the front line.

Thomas, Cheryl, and Vivian were the riflemen tasked to prevent the barrage of the zombies from destroying their base. However, the three of them could barely stop the zombies from getting close to their defensive base.

Vivian's current skills were not that strong enough, so some zombies could escape on her watch. Several times, these zombies rushed close to the defensive base and caused some damage to the buildings.

In the game, there was a combat contribution list that recorded the contribution value of each player in the team.

Curious about it, Vivian stole a glance at their team's contribution list and found that she was ranked third. Of course, she was secretly happy. It was expected that Cheryl and Thomas would take the top two spots, so it was an accomplishment that she ranked next to them.

Thomas was ranked at the top with his nine hundred and ninety contribution points.

Cheryl was second, having a contribution value of eight hundred and ten.

On the other hand, Vivian's contribution value was only at five hundred and forty, which was practically just about half of Thomas’. But she thought that it was at least higher than the medic and the engineer.

Contribution values could be accumulated from different aspects. For a medic, it would be from the number of members they healed. For an engineer, they could get it from their number of constructions. Lastly, for a rifleman, it would be from the number of their kills.

One zombie was equal to ten contribution value, and Vivian managed to kill 54 of them at this point.

After Looking at their team's contribution list, she wondered how Maria was doing. Vivian thought that even though Maria quickly improved her gun proficiency earlier, she still had no actual fighting experience using a gun. In the end, she would still slow her team down.

Thinking of this, Vivian clicked on Team A's combat contribution List and checked it from the last place, expecting to see Maria's name.

Vivian was a bit surprised to see Lyndsey's name at the bottom. Her contribution value was six hundred and sixty.

Only then did Vivian realize that Lyndsey was their team's medic. Usually, medics were at the bottom of the list for getting the least contributions, being the team's support.

However, even though Lyndsey was at the bottom of her team, her contribution value was still much higher than Vivian's.
