Chapter: 290
“New Internet Culture, B.”
Sean only got a “B" in the New Internet Culture course that Maria was in charge of.
Vivian was surprised but delighted at the turn of events.
She thought Maria was a fool for doing that! And she now wondered what Sean's fans would do to her once they hear about this.
Sean also seemed surprised to hear his results for that class.
He was in the Challenger Division in the game Wasteland. As far as he knew, he was the only person at that level in the class. It didn't seem fair that he only received a "B" in that class.
“If I may ask, Miss Jenkins, why did I only get a ‘B' in the class?"
Sean asked humbly. He wouldn't dare to act recklessly in front of Maria. However, he was a son of the Morgan family and was the star of his generation. He was entitled to be proud of himself.
“I noticed your habits, operation, and thinking methods haven't improved much even at the last class. I don't think you've learned enough in my class, which is why I gave you that score," Maria answered.
Sean was initially surprised, but understood why she graded him that way.
He was a veteran player at the Challenger Division, and he couldn't easily shake off his deep-rooted game habits.
If Sean wanted to get better scores, he had to prove that he learned enough new knowledge.
However, Sean had continued to play the same way as he used to until the end.
He needed to shake things up and improve.
"I'm not at all convinced! Sean is at the Challenger Division. How he plays the game is entirely his business. How could Maria give him such a low rating as a B score just because he didn't play the game the way she likes?"
This comment appeared in Vivian's live streaming room on her mobile phone.
Comments with a similar line of thinking also appeared in other live streaming rooms. It caused quite a stir
“If they don't play the game the same way as Maria does, they will be penalized with a low score? Why? It does not make sense."
“That's right. Does she really think she is capable enough to teach a Challenger Division player? I don't think she is qualified to make such comments."
Sean's fans bombarded the Internet in his support whilst questioning Maria's logic.
