Chapter: 455
Could it be that they had somehow misunderstood the whole set up?
The person at the top of the hierarchy was not the director Francis Jackson, but Maria, the script supervisor?
In the director's lounge, Maria was there, occupying the place all on her own.
When Francis was hospitalized before, Maria took the Lounge over.
During that time, Maria had slightly changed the decorations in according to her living habits.
She hadn‘t been back to the filming set for quite some time, but she was surprised to find that everything in the room was still the same. Nothing seemed to have changed even after she gave the director's position back to Francis.
Lying on the sofa, Maria began to play some recordings of the Legend of Anne's second season, which they had finished filming.
Except for the sound of the show, the only noise that could be heard in the lounge was the tip of a pen scratching against a paper.
After a moment, someone pushed the door open and came in. "Maria, aren't you hungry yet? I fried some vegan meatballs. Do you want some?"
When the voice faded, Maria quickly smelled the aroma of the fried meatballs.
Even without turning her head, Maria knew that it was Judy. After all, she was the number one foodie in the crew.
When Judy became a part of the crew, Jeremy, the boss of the company, gave her access to an exclusive car whenever she needed it.
There were many fancy cars in Yeez Entertainment's garage that she could choose from.
But she preferred an old motor home, which looked like it had nearly reached the end of its service life.
The reason why she chose this was because it had a built-in kitchen. This way, she could cook whatever she wanted even when she was in the crew.
“Are you cooking your own meal by yourself when you're working in here?"
Maria looked at Judy, whose beautiful face was blushing with excitement.
Judy held a huge bowl in her hands, containing over a hundred freshly-fried vegan meatballs. The seasonings were well sprinkled on top of them, according to the two girls’ favorite flavor.
"I'm not cooking my meals. I just do snacks," Judy replied, correcting Maria with a serious expression.
Maria was rendered speechless. She then looked at the Large bowl of fried meatballs in front of her.
