Chapter: 464
Before long, the fragrance of freshly brewed coffee permeated the coffee shop.

The waitress who took the card never came back. Instead, a sharply dressed middle-aged man with five-gilded stars on his name tag brought the coffee in a tray.

“Dear guest, I'm Darrion, your five-star barista for today. Please, don't hesitate to let me know if there is anything else you need. Here is the Jamaica Blue Mountain you ordered."

This wasn't the first time Bill had come to this shop, but this was the first time he had ever come across the man in front of him.

Darrion, the five-star coffee barista?

Bill recalled seeing Darrion in a lifestyle variety show not too long ago as a contributing expert on coffee.

Darrion was asked to teach some of the popular celebrities on that show how to make speciality coffee.

Every time Bill came to Blue Cafe, the Kopi Luwak he ordered, expensive in his eyes, was only brewed by Darrion's disciples--those three-star coffee baristas. Darrion didn't even condescend to do it.

“Thank you."

However, Maria didn't seem to be impressed by the five-star coffee barista's exclusive service.

Judging by her reaction, Bill thought of two words: habitual ways.

“That's impossible. I must be overthinking again. Maria's just bluffing. How can she be so unimpressed by a five-star barista providing her with exclusive service?" Bill practically screamed inside his mind. Bill couldn't come up with any answer justifying Maria's behavior.

The barista left soon after he made sure that Maria was satisfied. Maria slowly took a sip of coffee and said, “Well, do you have anything else to say?"

Bill was speechless.

What else could he say?

Was he going to tell Maria not to ask anything from the Smith family?

Did she really care about the properties of the Jenkins and Smith family? After all, she could afford special service at the Blue Cafe.

Bill almost blurted out his feelings.

He wanted Maria to order another cup of Jamaica Blue Mountain for him.

Bill wasn't very satisfied with the outcome of this Little meeting.
