Anthony said in a gloomy tone, "Sorry, I don’t know how to cook." Maria let out a sigh, shook her head, and gently held Anthony's hands. The band-aids on his fingers were stained with grease and looked very dirty.

"Come on, Let me change them for you first."

Maria then took out the first-aid kit, gently took off the used band-aids, disinfected his fingers with iodine, and then carefully wrapped them with new band-aids.

Perhaps, after seeing his wounds, Maria was touched.

Out of nowhere, she said, "I'll cook for us at home from now on. But if I'm really busy, or you somehow got tired of my cooking... You can always order outside."
