Chapter: 603
She was becoming weaker by the day.

Now Vivian planned on inflicting yet another life-threatening illness upon Lorraine.

Lorraine would rest for at least a few months, and it would be best if she couldn't write anymore.

Only in this way could the Song of Phoenix be free of flaws.

However, Vivian had no experience in doing this sort of thing.

Walking out of Lorraine's room, her thoughts turned to the usual drug plot in TV dramas.

Vivian, however, was unable to obtain a prescription on her own.

At last, she recalled a person who, given her extensive background, might be able to help her out.

Therefore, Vivian called her Aunt Patricia.

As her heart was thumping rapidly on the phone, she explained her wants in a vague manner.

She was scared that Patricia would see through her vicious thoughts, but she was also afraid that her words would be too ambiguous for Patricia to understand what she wanted.

To put it briefly, Vivian couldn't wait to hear back from Patricia.

“It's simple. I know something that has a flavor similar to herbal tea but is highly potent and hazardous to women. One cup of it will cause permanent infertility."

Vivian's mouth widened wide in shock.

She thought she had misheard!

She didn't think Patricia would have something like that.

She couldn't help but ask, "How could you know such a thing, Aunt Patricia?"

Patricia laughed over the phone.

“When I was younger, my career meant everything to me. I had no desire to get married or start a family. Because of this, I had been searching for things that could help me, and I eventually found this."

Vivian breathed a sigh of relief after hearing her words. So that was how it was. Patricia was one of a kind. She even contemplated staying single and free forever decades ago when women were expected to get married and have children.

"Can you give this prescription to me, Aunt Patricia?" Vivian asked with caution.

“What? You don't want kids either? No way. Your mother will hate me to death if she finds out." Patricia Laughed.

It seemed Like she was not concerned that Vivian might try it out on herself, and her tone confirmed that.

Vivian said, shaking her head firmly, "No... No, Aunt Patricia. It just so happens that I have a friend who is now seriously considering her options. Perhaps this is just what she needs. Well... Just one cup, and everything will be settled, right?"
